As Chief Legal & People Officer and Company Secretary, Jason was part of the founding team that created three leading impact/natural capital funds with namesake investors. He is also a leader and negotiator for global scale LNG and climate finance projects across 40+ countries.

His career journey includes leadership roles in the Asset Management/Financial Services, Energy, Voluntary Carbon Markets, international financial institutions and EPC/construction sectors. Jason delivers a unique results-based international perspective to his coaching clients.
